“ Don’t let some of the harsh reviews drive you away. We had a wonderful lunch in Lusi. We reserved online a day before and they kept a good table with the view of the Matterhorn, service was very professional and fast(we had one miscommunication with dessert but they fixed it very quickly) For the food yes the prices are high but you’re definitely paying for the location and quality. I had the wagyu burger with cheese which was delicious and my partner tried the ravioli and he said it was delicious and would definitely recommend. Since the mains were so good we decided to take a look at the deserts and was very pleased with what we had. All in all we spent a pleasant time at Lusi and was a bit concerned at time of booking since we read some harsh comments but figured if it’s on the Michelin guide app it can’t be bad and let’s give it a go, we’re very pleased customers and would love to return sometime soon:) ”
“ On a beautiful sunny day in Zermatt, we decided to have a drink and snack in the Lusi terrace outdoor seating area, looking at the Matterhorn mountain. We tried the focaccia and a few drinks (Aperol Spritz and the Matterhorn View), and everything was delicious. In particular, the Matterhorn View was our favorite drink. The service was very friendly and professional. If you like, the seating area is an excellent opportunity to chat with other people. ”
“ Very good food and service. If you get a table by the windows, you get a view of the Matterhorn. The terrace outside is a great place to have a pre, or after meal drink, or just a coffee. ”
“ The restaurant is located on a beautiful square in Zermatt and belongs to the Zermatterhoff hotel. We chose the LUSI restaurant for lunch because it has a beautiful sunny terrace with restaurant tables and lounge seats for enjoying coffee too. The menu is not big, but everyone will find something. We chose Caesar salad with shrimp and club sandwich from the menu. There is also a very practical children's menu whitch includinges small paper bag with coloring books, stickers and markers, so the children will definitely not be bored. From the children's menu, we chose Fish nuggets with potatoes and vegetable. The service was pleasant and the food was beautifully decorated and delicious. “ Nice terrace especially on sunny say, it is in the heart of Zermatt’s town and facing Matterhorn! They offer nice cocktails and some nice food! We were also at night and had dinner inside and the interior of the restaurant is lovely and especially cozy! We were with out little daughter and the waiters were great, they came each now and then to play with her and made her laugh the whole night! Very attentive personnel and the food is excellent, would definitely come again. ”
“ Our visit to the cafe was not pleasant at all, we ordered hotcakes chocolate and black tea but unfortunately the was not black it was the worst tea we ever had and the waiter wasn’t helpful, he said its the best we have and if u want black u should ask for English breakfast tea , the hot chocolate was bad and cold , sorry but i don’t recommend it for coffee . The view is good ”
